Two appointments to reflect on how the idea of public space can cross urban centers and historic villages to take shape on the edges of the city and in the surrounding territory.
At a time that calls for a reevaluation of the notion of public space and a reflection on the relationship between city and countryside, the two meetings sponsored by the California State University International Program Florence, in collaboration with the City of Florence, MAD Murate Art District and some of the leading architecture universities in Florence, provide students and community members with an opportunity to reflect on a crucial issue related to life and coexistence in society.
