On 26 November the GAMO will inaugurate its Gamo International Festival 2022, the third format of its 43rd Concert Season.
The first concert entitled Cavallo Marchese will be entirely dedicated to the music of the Italian composer Nicola Sani. Sani’s program includes pieces for flute and electronics, for bass clarinet and electronics, for bassoon and electronics, for accordion and electronics.
The interpreters will be the musicians for whom the pieces were written. The concert program will also include the world premiere of a new piece written by Nicola Sani for GAMO, entitled Cavallo Marchese for wind trio and accordion.
The concert will also include the special presence of Alvise Vidolin on live electronics and the oboist soloist Christian Schmitt. The other performers will be the soloists of the G.A.M.O. Roberto Fabbriciani (flute), Roberta Gottardi (clarinet), Paolo Carlini (bassoon), Francesco Gesualdi (accordion).
